Spearfishing Cape Town | Simon's Town - Crystal Clear False Bay

Another day in the water around False Bay, and this time the conditions were absolutely incredible. The water was cold, around 12–13°C, but the visibility was some of the clearest I've experienced here. Diving through the kelp in those conditions is honestly one of my favourite things about freediving. There were plenty of fish around, including roman, hottentot, galjoen, zebra fish and a beautiful copper steenbras. Unfortunately, most of the fish were either too small to take... or I just completely missed them. 😂 Cameron did manage to get himself a decent-sized galjoen for dinner though, so at least someone went home with a fish.
