My first 5k run after a coronary stent

Come with me on my first 5k run after having had a stent fitted in January. This video is designed to encourage anyone who has had a heart attack or had a stent fitted, and hopefully help them get back to fitness. I'm a middle-aged, UK trail runner who enjoys researching trail running routes and sharing interesting stuff that I find, with you!
