The Problem With Paragon Heroes

Every franchise has that one guy. Doesn't lie, doesn't cheat, never crosses the line... usually wears like blue, red and white colors. There are loads of him... but for whatever reason I mainly focused on Captain America.... whatever. HOW DO YOU GIVE A GUY LIKE THAT A CHARACTER ARC??? Turns out... you can't.
