Optimizing Batman's Contigency Plans

So Batman's got a secret file where he works out how to kill every single one of his mates. And the whole internet reckons it's the most genius thing he's ever done. I read it. It's amateur hour... yesssssss I made that up again. Like the entirety of the videoooooooo. Half these plans don't even work. So I did what any professional would. Audited the man's life's work, found it full of holes, and fixed the lot with even worse plans.
