A Flock Safety worker putting up a license plate camera on a public road outside Atlanta called 911 because a reporter was filming him from 40 yards away. Three Milton, Georgia police cars stopped investigative reporter Brendan Keefe for 17 minutes. No ticket. No charge. And no video of the install. Months earlier, Flock's own spokesman told the same reporter you can opt out of Flock cameras only "if you want to opt out of society." I break down the law in five questions: Did he have the right to film? What does Flock say about privacy in public? Was the stop legal? Can he sue the Flock worker? And is Flock itself legal? Plus the second Flock 911 call ("we need a favor"), real Supreme Court audio, and a blooper starring my dog, Goose.
