Bake 400* 10 - 12 minutes Remove from oven and allow to cool to room temperature. Cook and drain and cool sausage - To Bake in the Oven - 350* 40 minutes (30 minutes in chop sausage) Drain and let cool. In a medium bowl beat the eggs, Add heavy cream, milk, salt and pepper. Layer the quiche as follows - 1/2 of the spinach 1/2 of the sausage 1/2 of the cheese Repeat the layers in the same order Pour the egg mixture over the quiche. Place the quiche on a baking sheet if desired Bake on 350* for 45-55 minutes or until the center is set.
