Solar for Landlords (and Homeowners too!)

Malcolm Sennot, a Solar Design Specialist at Revision Energy, gives a talk to help landlords (and homeowner) understand how solar works, how it is installed, financing, and other factors to consider when installing solar. Update to Federal Solar Tax Credits: Legislation passed on July 4, 2025, has eliminated the residential solar tax credit after December 31, 2025, with no phase-out. Systems must be fully installed and commissioned by the end of 2025 to qualify.
