Finally Installing Drawer Knobs! Camper Progress Update

#weather #camper #renovation #camperrenovation #drawer #knobs #fourwheelcamper We are back in the truck camper, and the weather is a beautiful 74 degrees outside! This week, the renovation continues as I focus on some much-needed home improvement, specifically tackling the drawers. It's all about making this camper truly my own with thoughtful interior design choices, even the small ones, showing how the small touches, like drawer knobs, can make a big difference. I know, I know! It's been a really long time. New England ain't no joke in the Wintertime. It's been bitter cold for so much of the Winter...then we had 2 blizzards back-to-back in February which left us with over 2 feet of snow for over two weeks...and it's still melting! I hate to keep y'all waitin', and I hate being curtailed in my projects, but honestly? I ain't tryin' to freeze my arse off up here. ‪@FourWheelCampers‬ has a great product...they hold their value very well, and while I'd love to have a new one, I'm havin' a great time with the one I have! Yeah, it could use some new things that I can't do...like some attention to the clear plastic layer of the windows, but...they're 21 years old, and they DO still work, so I have no real gripe. Actually, having a project to dig into, and being able to realize what "I" want is so empowering. If I had a new FWC, I wouldn't feel like I could tear stuff out, and paint, and fiddle-fart around with it, because it would be so pristine. Maybe later...when I grow up. haha...I'm loving making this my own. It's extremely well-built, and has held up remarkably well. This truck and camper have been all the way from Canada to South America, and it looks GOOD. I actually ran across the original owner in a Facebook group, and THAT was really cool. I've had some inquiries about my wish list. I went through my GIGANTIC wish list, and pared it down and curated it just for this platform. KNOW THAT I EXPECT NOBODY TO SEND ME ANYTHING. It's just a wishlist...it's not that big a deal, it's just...you know, we all have things we'd like to have, so I'm gonna share it.
