Welcome back to Part 2 of the Coastal Brewing Co. brand identity project. In Part 1, I developed the complete brand identity — from the initial brief and research to the logo, typography, colors, and overall visual direction. Now it’s time to take that identity and turn it into an actual packaging system. In this video, I’ll show you how I approached the packaging research, created the moodboard, developed the label design, built the flavor system, and finally presented the finished packaging through realistic mockups. The goal was to keep the packaging fresh, energetic, modern, and connected to the coast, while making sure the different flavors still feel like part of one consistent brand.    / @abdulskstudio   In this video: See how I take a brand identity and create professional packaging design. Learn the process from research to final mockups. Following the brand identity work from part one, I am applying the visual system to the Coastal Brewing Co. product line. This phase focuses on moving from abstract concepts to physical assets, specifically researching beverage brands for inspiration before building a cohesive look. I walk through the creation of the flavor system, ensuring the design scales across different product variations while keeping a consistent aesthetic. The process covers label design layout, typography hierarchy, and color application, resulting in realistic mockups that show how the brand lives on the shelf. Subscribe for more branding and design process breakdowns, and tell me in the comments which flavor concept you would choose. 00:00 — Introduction 00:22 — Packaging Research 01:01 — Moodboard 01:50 — Label Design 03:17 — Flavor System 07:42 — Final Mockups & Presentation What I worked on: Packaging research and visual references Packaging moodboard Label design and layout Applying the Coastal Brewing Co. identity to packaging Creating a two-flavor system Typography and information hierarchy Color and pattern exploration Final packaging mockups Brand presentation 🎨 Part 1 — Brand Identity If you haven't watched Part 1 yet, that's where I created the foundation of this project — including the logo, typography, colors, and visual identity. Now that you've seen the final packaging, which flavor would you pick — Lime or Orange? And if you were designing this packaging yourself, what would you change or explore differently?
