VLOG #5: How to make a gluten free fruit cake

It's fruit picking season so I picked some gorgeous raspberries on a farm in North Wales to make a yummy gluten free raspberry chocolate cake. Super easy to prepare and absolutely nice (such a fluffy sponge!). I'm not the most talented cook or baker but this cake was fun to make and if I can do it, you can do it too!
