rose petal champagne 8% part 1

hey all I would like to begin with thanking those lovely people who let me ravage their rose bushes for the betterment of my drinking :P rose is a very delacate aroma and the color is dependent on the ph as i found out on my 1st attempt. so I made it the simpliest way to preserve that unicorn sparkle color. the end result was a potensial 8%. i was aiming for the 5.5% but i wasnt too worried if i was i would have measured it :D #cheaphomebrew #winerecipe #weirdwine
