Let the Lord Restore Your Weary Soul This Morning | Morning Prayer

📖 "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." — Matthew 11, verse 28 Before we pray, let's first take a moment to listen to God's Word, and then we'll pray together. ✨ There are mornings when you wake up and the tiredness goes deeper than sleep can reach. Not just tired in your body — tired in your soul. Tired of carrying too much, giving too much, and feeling like there is never enough left over for yourself. But God never designed you to run on empty. He designed rest into the very fabric of creation — and He is calling you back to it today. When Elijah collapsed in the wilderness with nothing left, God did not rebuke him. He sent bread, water, and rest. That same God sees you this morning, and He is not disappointed — He is drawing near. 🌿 In this prayer video, you will be reminded that rest is not weakness — it is holy. Drawing from the stories of Elijah's restoration, the sacred rest of creation, and Peter's miraculous catch after a night of catching nothing, this prayer will lead you into a place of surrender, renewal, and deep peace. God is not asking you to do more. He is asking you to trust Him more. ☑️ God meets you in your exhaustion — not past it ☑️ True rest is a gift from God, not something you earn ☑️ Surrendering your striving opens the door to His strength ☑️ Those who wait on the Lord rise renewed and sustained 💡 You will also pray for the courage to lay down what was never yours to carry, for divine strength to replace what burnout has stolen, and for a soul-level peace that no amount of sleep alone can give. This is a moment to stop performing and start receiving — to let God fill back up the vessel you have been pouring from for too long. 🙏🏻 Let's pray together, asking Jesus to meet you in your weariness, to restore your soul like still waters, and to renew your strength so that you rise — not on your own effort, but on His. 💭 If this prayer touched your heart, type "Amen" in the comments. And if you are carrying a burden too heavy to hold, share your prayer request below — we would be honoured to stand in faith with you. May the grace and peace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you always. 🕊️ 📖 Bible References: Matthew 11, verse 28 Psalm 127, verse 2 Genesis 2, verses 2 to 3 Isaiah 40, verses 30 to 31 Luke 5, verses 4 to 6 First Kings 19, verse 4 First Kings 19, verse 5 First Kings 19, verse 8
