Saturday morning prayer to be still and know God: a slow, guided prayer of more than thirty minutes, built on Psalm 46:10, for anyone whose mind started racing before the day began. If you woke up with an unfinished list, an unanswered text, a conversation replaying in your head, or a quiet worry for someone you love, this prayer is for you. You do not need strong faith to be here. A whisper is enough. With a calm voice and unhurried pauses, you will be led to: • Hear that you can stop striving, and that stillness is a place God holds open for you • Bring the worries of this Saturday to Him, one piece at a time • Pray specific words for the tasks, people and decisions on your heart • Loosen your grip on what you cannot control • Rest in several moments of quiet breathing in His presence • Carry that stillness into the hours ahead, and end with a closing blessing The verse we rest in is Psalm 46:10 (KJV): "Be still, and know that I am God." Prayer is a gift, but it is not a replacement for care. If anxiety, grief or exhaustion feel heavy, please also lean on trusted friends, family, your pastor, or a doctor or counselor. You were never meant to carry everything alone. You are welcome to listen while you have your coffee, sit by a window, or take a slow walk. Take whatever this prayer gives you, at your own pace.
