What does it really look like to live for something bigger than yourself? In 2 Corinthians 5, Paul talks about how the love of Christ changes the way we see ourselves, our work, and the people around us. We’re all being shaped by something, and the question is whether we’re being shaped by God’s love or by a world that often runs on fear. This message looks at what it means to live as people who have been reconciled to God—and then carry that same message of reconciliation into everyday life. Whether it’s the work we do, the people we welcome, or the courage to share what God has done in our lives, following Jesus is meant to affect more than what happens on Sunday.
