How Do I Make Wise Decisions? | Mary Jean Powers | Ways of the Wise

How do we make decisions that are not just wise by the world’s standards, but aligned with God’s will? In Proverbs, we find a clear picture of biblical wisdom: trusting God, seeking His direction, and allowing His Word to guide our choices. In this message, we explore what true wisdom looks like, how to seek God’s guidance in everyday decisions, and the lessons we can learn from Solomon’s life. Through Proverbs, Paul’s missionary journeys, and practical steps for seeking God’s direction, we discover that wisdom is not just about making the right choice—it’s about living in a way that brings glory to God. This sermon was recorded at a Sunday morning gathering at Church of the Lookout in Longmont, Colorado.
