Haglund’s deformity recovery - cast off and it is healing well!

It’s come round quicker than I thought, day 5 after surgery and I’m back again to have my cast removed and into a boot. Still continuing to be non-weight bearing. Managing life and my new found friends in a pair of crutches. Recovering well and spending a lot of the time horizontal with my foot up in the air, above my heart. Keeping the swelling down and keeping life interesting. Just Keep Running! Coaching: https://therunningmaninblue.co.uk/onl...
