Goan Style Meatball Curry Recipe | How to make Meatball Curry at home | Easy Chicken Kofta Curry

Here is an easy and delicious recipe of a Goan style meatball curry. This recipe also demonstrates on how to prepare meatballs from scratch. We have used chicken mince here but you can use mutton mince or beef mince as well. This meatball curry goes well with steamed rice but can be enjoyed with chapati or pav too. Ingredients: For the Meatballs 500 g chicken mince 1 small onion, finely chopped 2 tbsp coriander leaves, finely chopped 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste 2 green chillies, finely chopped 1 tsp lime juice 1 egg 2 slices bread 1 tsp salt For the masala paste 3 Kashmiri chillies 3 Bedgi chillies 1 inch ginger 4 cloves garlic 2 tsp coriander seeds 1 tsp cumin seeds 1 tsp fennel seeds 1 inch cinnamon stick 2 green cardamom 12 peppercorns 6 cloves 1/2 tsp turmeric powder Water as needed Other ingredients 2 tbsp oil 2 tomatoes, pureed 1 medium onion, finely chopped 2 green chillies, slit 1 tsp vinegar 2 tbsp coriander leaves, finely chopped 1.5 cup thick coconut milk Water or thin coconut milk as needed If you like this recipe do share it with your family and friends.
