4.935 European tax and customs professionals, 1 platform: the PICS story

Philippe De Beir of the European Commission's DG TAXUD tells how PICS grew from a custom Drupal site in 2010 into a collaboration space for 4.935 verified professionals across 406 groups, moving to Open Social in 2023. He's candid about what users loved, what frustrated them and what he'd do differently, and shows what's next: events with video meetings and better KPIs. Recorded at Open Social Summit '26.
