Fix it for all of them and you fix it for no one. 2. Which problem do you fix first, and why? — Tests prioritisation. "They're all important" means you can make a list but not a call. 3. You use more live data. What gets worse? — Tests trade-offs. More location checks means battery, mobile data, and an engineer pulled off parking. Name the cost and back your call anyway. 4. How do you know it worked, and what would switch it off? — Tests metrics. One number that moves early, plus a guardrail that tells you when to roll back. 5. Three months in, the metric is flat. Now what? — Tests adaptability. This is the one that ends most interviews, because you cannot memorise your way through it. Not one of the five checks whether your answer was correct.
