Deep within the mountains across Bow Lake, past the Bow Glacier Falls and through valleys of massive boulders and glacial gorges, a mountain cabin stands quietly amidst the peaks. A colossal glacier pierces the heavens, set against a boundless blue sky. On the way to Onion Mountain, countless trickles from the heart of the glacier converge into a surging glacial river—this is the source of the Bow River.
