5 Minute Yoga Stretch for Whenever | Daily Yoga 2021 |

In this video I guide you through a 5 minute yoga flow designed to bring you to the present moment. We begin in a calming Child's Pose - from there we will gently move through the entire body, especially the torso and core. We will also stretch the shoulders, hamstrings, feet, and wrists. The practice ends seated and will leave you feeling calm, less anxious, and with an awareness for the best moment you have, the present one. 💙 I would love to be your daily yoga teacher in 2021. 💙 💫 MORE FULL LENGTH CLASSES 💫 👉    • LIVE Yoga Class Now!  3.16.21 | All Levels...   🌟 SUBSCRIBE TO SUPPORT FREE YOGA ON THE INTERNET: www.youtube.com/alexblueyoga?sub_conf... 🔔 Click on the bell to turn on post notifications!
