The root word is the Latin cassus, meaning "empty," "vain," or "hollow". Cassian, the Arbiter is a Mythic-rarity Solar Support character introduced in Destiny: Rising. Armed with a Scout Rifle and an Auto Crossbow as his signature weapon types, Cassian blends zone control, team healing, and mid-range offense using his relic, the Arbiter's Hammer. Character Kit & Abilities Signature Ability — Solar Wall: Cassian swings the Arbiter's Hammer and leaps into a targeted area, dealing Solar damage upon impact. The landing site erupts into a Solar Wall (measuring 10 meters per side and 2 meters tall) that continuously inflicts a [Judgment] status effect on caught enemies. Signature Ability — Solar Purify: Instantly heals all allies within a 5-meter radius and applies the [Stigmata] buff to one targeted teammate. Super Ability — Verdict: Cassian raises his weapon to enter the [Verdict] state.
