Puff Pastry Tarts 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed 8-10 slices prosciutto 1 package Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese, softened Honey, hot or regular 1 egg, beaten for egg wash Fresh thyme for garnish Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Drizzle a small amount of honey directly onto the parchment paper in a large area in the middle. Place slices of prosciutto on the honey. Add the Boursin cheese on top of the prosciutto and spread it around. Roll out the puff pastry with a rolling pin on a cutting board. Place the large puff pastry sheet over the prosciutto and Boursin. Gently press around the edges of the pastry. Brush the top of the puff pastry with beaten egg. Poke holes all around the pastry with a fork so it cooks evenly. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the puff pastry is puffed, crispy and golden brown. Let the tart cool for a couple of minutes Finish with an extra drizzle of honey and fresh thyme. Cut it into equal pieces. Serves 6 BetterWithBrigita@gmail.com Welcome to my channel.
