Lister Park Bradford Parkrun/ParkRACE - 300 Parkrun & Birthday Special

Switching things up this week to celebrate both my birthday and this being my 300th parkrun, we decided to stay local and do the LONG overdue ParkRace 2.0. We have done this before where I walk 3 minutes and run 2 minutes in every 5, and I won that. However, Sister Mandy is upping her game this year so this could go either way. If you like the look of the new Running Whale snoods and want to bag yourself one, I will be adding them to a channel shop once I figure out how to do it. However, you could sign up to The Running Whale club over on Strava and join in on the weekly parkrun guess your own time game and try win three consecutive weeks to win one, or like this week, there will be the odd extra competition added. Anyway, that's enough of that. Hope you enjoy the video, and thank you for watching. Don't forget to give us a like and hype if you can. If you've not already subscribed, well, I hope this video wins you over.
