I Led a Parkrun Until a Young Lad Hunted Me Down

I was leading Poolbeg parkrun in Dublin… but a young lad was stuck to my shoulder. This is what happened. At Poolbeg parkrun, sub-20 is normal. I went out way too hard, led for 3.5km with a shadow I couldn't shake, and found out exactly how far I am from my 16:17 5K PB. Full POV race with every step of the chase, the hill, the turnaround and the finish. How do YOU run a 5K? Even splits, negative split, or go out like a lunatic like me?
