Hi everyone! 👋 Today, we made takoyaki with my kids at home – a fun and delicious family activity! For dinner, we also prepared a simple tuna natto bowl. Here’s the takoyaki recipe (makes about 40 pieces, 3–4 servings) Ingredients: • 200g flour • 600ml water • 3 eggs • 20ml milk • 1 tsp dashi powder • 150g octopus • Tempura scraps (tenkasu), green onions, pickled ginger, cheese, etc. Instructions: 1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and mix well. Add water and mixt horoughly. 2. Add milk and dashi powder, and mix again. 3. Add flour and whisk until smooth (optional: sift for extra smoothness). 4. Pour a small amount of batter into the takoyaki pan, then add your ingredients. 5. Pour batter to cover the pan, and once it starts to set, rotate the balls until golden brown. 6. Serve with sauce, bonito flakes, and aonori seaweed. Enjoy! Tips: •Kids can join in by pouring the batter or adding toppings – fun family activity! •Adjust ingredients to taste – cheese or extra veggies make it extra delicious.
