You write the job ad at eleven at night because that's the only time you have. Sixty applications come in, half from people who clearly didn't read it, and you read the rest in the gaps between customers. You interview three, like two, and pick one on instinct because you're out of time to do anything else. Then they show up on day one and nothing's ready, because you were too busy hiring them to prepare for them. One thing worth being upfront about: this doesn't make the hiring decision for you. It shouldn't, and it legally can't. What it handles is everything around that decision — the parts that have actually been stopping most small businesses from hiring at all. In this video, I built this for a small hair salon hiring a stylist, but the exact same process works for any small business hiring anyone. You'll see the exact step-by-step process: starting in the Ask tab by describing the business and the role, which maps the full hiring path from whether you actually need to hire through job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding — and locks in the rules that matter most: it never auto-rejects anyone, never scores on anything that isn't an actual job requirement, and the final call always stays with you. From there, it connects email, calendar, and a document folder through Plugins, previews the candidate tracker layout, then builds the real system in the Agent tab on the Ultra model. It checks real booking and revenue data before recommending whether to hire at all, writes the job ad from your actual numbers with a real pay range and language checked for unintentional bias, posts it everywhere and tracks which source the hire came from, and structures every application against the same criteria side by side — so the application read at 9am and the one read at midnight get judged exactly the same way, each with a plain-English reason tied to a real requirement, fully overridable. It builds interview questions and a real scorecard, shows the comparison, and stops — the decision stays yours entirely. Once someone's hired, it builds out their first ninety days automatically: offer letter, day-one schedule, and a searchable SOP handbook written from how the business actually runs. I built the entire system on Runable, mapping the hiring path in the Ask tab, connecting the tools it needs through Plugins, and building the full system in the Agent tab using the Ultra model.
