WORST exercise ever I HATE THIS LIFT DONT DO IT - Strongman Axle bar Clean and press

In this video we go over the worst strongman exercise (in my opinion) that was ever created to man. I also hate this lift more than anything. I know a lot of people in strongman love to axle bar clean and press but its NOT for me! When doing this lift you can either try to clean it with both hands on the bar in an overhand position or you can do what's called a continental clean and press which is where you have one hand over and one hand under (like a mixed grip deadlift). It turns the lift into a two part movement but it makes it easier because it eliminates the issue of not having a strong enough grip. If you are in to strongman training this is a lift you must know how to do and be proficient at. I am not going to be giving any tips for this lift or how to do it. I suck at it, so I'm not someone you want to learn from ha! Enjoy.
