Are These the BEST Things to Do in Vietnam? 🇻🇳

Our journey through Vietnam continues as we explore Ninh Binh, Vietnam, and experience some of the most popular things to do in this incredible destination! 🇻🇳 In this video, we're exploring Ninh Binh, a destination known for its towering limestone mountains, beautiful rice fields, hidden caves, and scenic boat tours. With so much to see, we wanted to experience some of the best activities Ninh Binh has to offer and find out if they're worth visiting. We start bright and early at 7 AM with the famous Hang Mua (Lying Dragon) hike. After climbing nearly 500 steps to the top, we're rewarded with incredible panoramic views of Ninh Binh's limestone mountains and surrounding countryside. We also explore Tiger Cave and visit a massive lotus pond at the base of the mountain. After the hike, we stop at Sister Fields, one of Ninh Binh's popular brunch spots. We try Vietnamese salted coffee alongside an English breakfast and a pesto chicken sandwich before heading out for our next adventure. Next, we take the Tam Coc Discovery Tour, exploring Ninh Binh's incredible landscape by boat and shuttle. We cruise along the river surrounded by towering limestone cliffs, rice fields, and beautiful scenery. Along the way, we see local boat operators rowing with their feet, something Tam Coc is famous for! Our boat tour also takes us through a stunning wet cave, where we learn about how these limestone caves formed over millions of years. The views throughout the journey are some of the most incredible we've experienced in Vietnam. After finishing the boat portion of the tour, we continue exploring Tam Coc by shuttle, stopping at local temples and discovering a hidden cave called Fairy Cave. What starts as a quick visit turns into another unexpected adventure underground. From the famous Hang Mua viewpoint to the incredible Tam Coc boat tour, Ninh Binh quickly became one of our favourite destinations in Vietnam.
