This is my CDT 2026 thru-hike, the third and final trail of my Triple Crown after the Appalachian Trail and the Pacific Crest Trail. If the videos add something to your day, a trail snack keeps me walking and filming 🙏 https://buymeacoffee.com/the.ambassador Every view, comment and share means a lot. Thank you! Day 52 was a resupply day in Jackson Hole, one of the priciest towns on the whole Continental Divide Trail. Four days of trail food cost me nearly 60 dollars, I finally replaced my falling-apart shirt, and then it was straight back out for another 114-mile section toward the Wind River Range. Over the next few days I loaded up a heavy pack, pushed a tough 26-mile day and then a 29-and-a-half-mile day, walked through the Teton Wilderness and Grizzly Basin with my bear spray ready, got rained on (thank you, umbrella), and finally found my way back to the "red line", the official CDT, after almost a week off it on the Grand Teton alternate. Big miles, grizzly country, and the reality of what a long thru-hike actually costs. This is my CDT 2026 thru-hike, the third and final trail of my Triple Crown after the Appalachian Trail and the Pacific Crest Trail. Over the next few months I'll hike more than 3,000 miles (5,000 km) from Canada to Mexico through Montana, Idaho, Wyoming, Colorado, and New Mexico, solo.
