Beornia has been Gran Colombia’s loyal ally. The Sancho Panza to my Don Quixote. I backstabbed American countries, but why would I ever do the same to Beornia? The English exiles are the 1 nation that I have no conflicting cores with - my natural ally and a bulwark against Ameriga and the Incas. If it wasn’t for us, the small nation of English exiles would have fallen years ago. But there are rumours that Beornia has the potential to form a huge map, the “Holy Britannian Empire”. Nobody in-game really knows the extent of the cores and accepted pops they get. In this episode, we will finally learn the truth about Beornia. Is our eternal ally just a basket case, with a fledgling economy and impossible internal situation, or are we building up a potential powerhouse? Of course, they can return to England. But Gran Colombia is now aligned with the Dual Monarchy. Gran Colombia presses on with its new strategy, much to the despair of Vinland. The North Arcadian country was hoping I’d switch back to supporting him when the Belgian Confederacy got too strong. Instead, he now has Xifang to contend with and the writing is on the wall. The enigmatic Chinese country is finally entering the geopolitical game in North America. Also, it’s time for war in Europe again as alliances shift and MrBoltun tries to form Germany.
