Exploring Roman Buildings: The Walls of León

I filmed this walk on the day of the 2026 total solar eclipse. I got to León early, and went out in the morning before the summer heat of the meseta hit the city. We tour the Roman walls of León, once a fortress that held the Legio VII and was the most prominent military stronghold in the notoriously rebellious northwest of the peninsula. The museum visit was nice, and I definitely recommend anyone visiting León make a stop there. Also interesting is the Casa Botines, designed by Antoní Gaudí.
