Kolkata to Rudranath Bike Ride | Jharkhand | Bihar | Varanasi | The Adventure Begins

The journey to Rudranath Temple, Uttarakhand begins before sunrise! At 3:30 AM, we started our epic motorcycle journey from Kolkata on Honda H'ness CB350, with one dream in mind: to reach the sacred Rudranath Temple through an unforgettable road-and-trek adventure. Leaving Kolkata in the darkness of the early morning, we ride through the highways of West Bengal, Jharkhand and Bihar, experiencing the changing landscapes, long open roads, highway stops, early-morning mist and the thrill of riding hundreds of kilometres on two wheels. After a long day on the road, we finally enter Uttar Pradesh and make our way towards the spiritual city of Varanasi. By evening, the first chapter of this incredible journey comes to an end in the city of Lord Shiva. But this is only the beginning. Our ultimate destination is not just another tourist spot. The goal is Rudranath Temple, one of the revered Panch Kedar temples of Uttarakhand, which requires a challenging Himalayan trek to reach. From the plains of Bengal to the mountains of Uttarakhand, this journey is a combination of motorcycle touring, adventure, spirituality, nature and endurance.
