BAIDU MAP：https://j.map.baidu.com/1c/co8c 餐廳消費：香芒雞球焗飯餐 CNY39，芒果生椰翡冷翠 CNY20 ———————————— 文明路位於廣州市越秀區，東西走向，西起北京路，東至越秀中路，全長約960米。該路原為清代廣州老城南城牆，1922年拆牆建路時因鄰近明代文明門而得名。1967年曾改名延安二路，1981年恢復原名。2023年，文明路入選《廣州市地名保護名錄》。 道路以騎樓建築為特色，部分騎樓採用開洞女兒牆設計以應對颱風。沿線分佈廣東省立中山圖書館、廣州魯迅紀念館（其所在建築「鐘樓」亦為中國國民黨第一次全國代表大會會址）、中共廣東區委舊址、廣東貢院明遠樓等歷史文化地標。文明路亦以傳統糖水店鋪聞名，聚集多家老字號甜品店，被稱為「糖水一條街」。2026年，文明路（北京路至越秀中路）段完成多項民生工程一體化改造，完工後三年內不再重複開挖。 -- Wenming Road is located in Yuexiu District, Guangzhou, running east-west from Beijing Road to Yuexiu Middle Road, with a total length of approximately 960 metres. The road originally formed part of the southern city wall of Guangzhou during the Qing Dynasty. In 1922, the wall was demolished to build the road, and it was named after the nearby Wenming Gate from the Ming Dynasty. In 1967, it was renamed Yan'an Second Road, but the original name was restored in 1981. In 2023, Wenming Road was included in the *Guangzhou Register of Protected Place Names*. The road is characterised by its qilou (arcade) architecture, with some featuring perforated parapet walls designed to withstand typhoons. Along the route are numerous cultural and historical landmarks, including the Sun Yat-sen Library of Guangdong Province, the Guangzhou Lu Xun Memorial Hall (housed in the "Bell Tower," which also served as the site of the First National Congress of the Kuomintang), the former site of the Guangdong District Committee of the Communist Party of China, and the Mingyuan Tower of the former Guangdong Examination Hall. Wenming Road is also renowned for its traditional sweet soup (*tong sui*) shops, with many time-honoured dessert establishments earning it the nickname "Sweet Soup Street". The brand traces its origins to "Taisushi," a sushi restaurant founded by Yoshio Shimizu in Osaka in 1975. On 23 October 1984, "Sushitaro" was established in Toyonaka, Osaka, and was later renamed "Sushiro" due to a naming dispute. The company is headquartered in Suita, Osaka. Since 2011, Sushiro has consistently ranked first in sales among conveyor belt sushi chains in Japan, with over 1,000 stores worldwide. Its brand philosophy is "Delicious sushi, full stomach. Delicious sushi, full heart". In terms of international expansion, Sushiro entered Taiwan in 2017, Hong Kong and Singapore in 2019, and opened its first mainland China store in Guangzhou in September 2021.
