This Birthday Card Is SO SHINY! ✨ Turquoise & Orange Mixed Media Card with Stencilling

This birthday card is all about SHINE! ✨ Today I'm creating a colourful turquoise and orange mixed media birthday card inspired by old-world architecture, complete with an embossed stone doorway, cascading stencilled flowers, Lindy's Magicals, Solar Paste, shimmer paste, and Nuvo drops. I needed a special birthday card for someone who loves turquoise and orange, so I combined those colors with an old architectural doorway and stonework from a flower arch embossing folder. The result is a little bit vintage, a little bit elegant, and VERY shiny! Watch as I: ✨ Create an old stone doorway using an embossing folder and Lindy's Magicals powders ✨ Turn the leftover powder mix into faux "re-caulking" for the stonework ✨ Layer multiple stencils to create a cascade of orange flowers ✨ Use turquoise instead of traditional green for the leaves ✨ Add Solar Paste for even more sparkle and dimension ✨ Mix shimmer relief paste with Raspberry Sunset for the flower centers ✨ Create an ombré turquoise Happy Birthday sentiment ✨ Finish the card with copper and Nuvo Enchanted Elixir drops ✨ Tone down the shine on the doorway with ink and water splatters for a more vintage look I love how the flowers and architectural details create a diagonal composition across the card.
