This mixed media card combines rich fall colours, creative die-cutting techniques & plenty of texture for a unique handmade card that's perfect for giving thanks. For this month's Goodwill Gals “Giving Thanks” Hop, I'm celebrating the harvest season with Altenew's Very Veggie and Rooting for You stamp sets, along with the One Go Sweet Pumpkins bundle. I'll show you how I build dimension with layered cardstock, blend colorful inks, add splattered shimmer, create distressed edges & use foam tape to bring my vegetable harvest to life. ✨ In this video, you'll discover how to: Create colorful, layered die-cut vegetables with realistic shading. Combine red, yellow, orange, green, and purple inks for a vibrant harvest palette. Add texture using oxide sprays and shimmer sprays. Use die-cut surgery to customize and extend your die cuts. Create a rustic mixed media background with torn cardstock and vellum. Add beautiful rose-gold heat-embossed sentiments. Build dimension with layered die cuts and foam tape.
