So I went to Ichibanken, a Japanese ramen restaurant I'd visited before. Miso tonkotsu ramen. Extra toppings. Gyoza. Matcha latte. Then more noodles. Mentaiko. Garlic. Chili. Sesame. I came for dinner. Apparently, I had no idea when to stop eating. The final bill was 361,080 VND. About $11. After dinner, I found a small drink stall run by two very young-looking workers.
