Born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Cali has spent years crafting dark, eclectic grooves that transcend his Caribbean roots. This time, he’s embraced the deeper, dubby side of his style while keeping the loopy energy alive—adding layers of melody, glitchy vocals, and melancholic vibes that tell a story from start to finish. Elevating the release is an extraordinary remix by Vlad Caia, who masterfully transforms the original into a stripped-back, funky, and irresistibly groovy dancefloor jam. Vlad, a long-time friend and collaborator of Cali, found inspiration in the diverse textures of the EP. The foundation of his remix was born mid-flight on a small laptop, where he crafted the drums, bass, and synths, layering Cali’s glitchy vocals in a way that felt both fresh and natural. Vlad describes the remix as a journey—floating through a sphere of sound while maintaining the sharp presence of drums and percussion. With his signature touch, he’s created a remix that balances energy and elegance, offering a track that’s as groovy as it is immersive. This is a package that we believe will resonate with listeners far and wide. Cali Lanauze:   / calilanauzemusic     / cali.lanauze     / calilanauzeofc   https://open.spotify.com/artist/2hefm...
