Today is the final day of our Pitrupaksha Mela Yatra. 🙏 In this episode, we take you to the sacred Baitarani Sarovar, where Gau Daan (cow donation) is performed as part of the traditional rituals. During our journey, we meet a few people distributing a unique pamphlet about how to control the mind and focus the mind on the breath. In the middle of a place filled with traditional rituals and beliefs, this simple message about controlling the mind really surprised us. From there, we continue our journey to Pashchavat, where the rituals of Pind Daan are completed and the final immersion takes place. But this journey also raises some deep questions: Does Pind Daan really provide liberation to our ancestors?What is the truth behind these rituals? Do our ancestors actually come to Earth during Pitrupaksha to receive Pind Daan? We will explore these questions through our journey, traditions, beliefs and personal observations. After this, we visit Rukmini Sarovar, where Pind Daan is performed using Khoya.
