After you've mixed the eggs with the sugar and it reaches the texture shown in the video, add the oil and yogurt and mix on low speed just until combined. In the next step, add the flour and baking powder that you've sifted three times, in two batches. Note that in the first step, we coat the raisins with flour, and the raisins are added to the cake batter at the end. When you've added the flour, stir gently with a hand whisk until the cake batter is smooth, and in the last step, add the raisins. Grease the bottom of your cake pan completely with a mixture of oil and flour, and pour the cake batter into the pan as shown in the video.
