Gameplay of Flingza Roller on clam blitz. It's been a very long time since I've last use this weapon, so why not give it another shot. Thanks to @splaztime for requesting this weapon. Flingza roller is short to mid range weapon that does good damage, can one shot opponents, has overall good paint output, decent mobility, is a bit ink hungry, and a wide attack. And the kit is quite good. Ink mine is a sub weapon that allow you to place down mine that hides in your ink. Once an enemies is near it or it gets painted over, it will then explode, dealing damage and marking enemies. And tenta missile is a special weapon that allow you wield a launcher that launch bottled missile to multiple opponent at any distance. Now let's talk about the strengths and weaknesses of this weapon and it's kit. Flingza Roller is quite flexible of a weapon. The weapon can be quite threatening up-close, but can also stay back and paint for the team. The weapon has two flicks, horizontal and vertical flick. Horizontal flick has a wide attack and can one shot opponents up-close, but the paint is not great and the width of it's one shot isn't that wide compare to other roller. And vertical flick has more range, paints better, and has a further kill range, but it has some start up before swinging. Both flicks have their strengths and weaknesses, but if utilizes well, the weapon can stay back, support the team, and apply some aggro pressure. Tho, the weapon can still struggle to approach against other mid and long range weapons. The weapon also has to get up close to one shot, so if you're not in range, the weapon will mostly likely be punished. Ink mines are good for keeping control of an area. Unfortunately, you can't throw the mine, you can only place them in the spot your currently standing. This can make the value of your mines very dependent on where you place. But when placed in a good spot, the sub is quite helpful. You can place up to two mine at a time and the mine stays hidden in your ink. Once an enemy gets near it, it will explode, dealing some poke damage and mark enemy's position. The poke damage is quite nice and it combos pretty well with this weapon and others. And marking enemy's position is nice for knowing where they're at at all time, especially if enemies are trying to flank. Tho keep in mind that this may not fully displace an opponent so still keep an eye on them if an enemy gets hit by a mine. And tenta missile is a special weapon that good for quick displacement from any range. Once activated, you can aim a circular reticle at multiple opponent and then press the trigger to launch the missile at them. The missile will then travel all the way to that opponent and once they near the opponent, they will start crashing down from above the opponents. The amount of missile launches also does depend on how many opponents or object that were targeted. For one opponent, it's 10 missile. For two opponents, 5 missile each. And for three and more opponents, 4 missile each. But you're vulnerable when launching the missile, so be careful when activating in middle of fights. So when playing Flingza Roller, you want to stay back and support the team. You mainly use the vertical flick to safely paint an area and apply some pressure. Once you have more control of the map, then you can start applying some aggro pressure, whether that be trying to flank or shark your opponent as you utilizes cover. Place down some ink mines along the way to keep some control of an area and once your special is ready. Just remember to manage your ink output and to not overextend too much. Thanks for reading this and hope you guys enjoy the video.
