SSALJUK 쌀죽 makgeolli experiment 막걸리 homebrew Korean rice wine

I'm trying two ways to make ssaljuk, a porridge made from whole rice. I use the porridge setting on the rice cooker, and I also try making porridge of the stovetop. This kind of juk is different from the normal juk I make, which uses rice flour, and is not cooked as long. Then I use these two types of ssaljuk as the starter for a two-stage makgeolli (iyangju).
