Roll out one sheet thawed puff pastry with a small sprinkle of flour. Cut pastry into squares that will fit in a muffin cup. Grease your muffin tin and place each piece of pastry inside. Top with a small spoonful of cranberry sauce, a slice of brie, and a tsp of chopped pecans or walnuts. Bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
