Cover and let sit for at least 5 minutes. • Add the egg, egg yolk and vanilla, followed by the bread flour, milk powder and salt. Mix until a rough dough forms . • Gradually add the softened butter and continue kneading. After adding the butter, check the dough consistency. If it feels too dry, gradually add a little extra milk. If it's too wet or sticky, add a little flour at a time. You're looking for a soft, smooth dough that's slightly tacky but not too sticky. • Continue kneading for another 8–12 minutes, until the dough is smooth, elastic and stretchy. 💗 • Transfer the dough to a lightly greased bowl, cover and let it rise in a warm place for 60–90 minutes, or until doubled in size. • Meanwhile, mix the softened butter, brown sugar, Biscoff spread, cinnamon, salt and vanilla until smooth and creamy. Fold in the crushed Biscoff cookies. • Once the dough has risen, gently deflate it and roll it into a large rectangle. • Spread the Biscoff filling evenly over the dough, then drizzle a little extra Biscoff spread on top. • Cut the dough into 6 large or 9 smaller strips, then roll each strip into a cinnamon roll. • Spread a little of the leftover filling across the bottom of a greased baking pan, then arrange the rolls on top. • Cover and let them rise for about 35 minutes, or until puffy and almost touching. • Pour the heavy cream around and between the rolls. • Bake in a preheated conventional oven at 175°C (350°F) for approximately 22–26 minutes, or until lightly golden and cooked through. • For the frosting, mix the softened butter, powdered sugar and vanilla until creamy. Add the cream cheese and mix until smooth, then add a pinch of salt. • Let the rolls cool for 10–15 minutes, then spread the cream cheese frosting over the top. • Drizzle with melted Biscoff spread and sprinkle with crushed Biscoff cookies. Enjoy! 🤎 ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ✨ Baking Tips • Adjust the milk: Start with 225 g and add up to 3 tablespoons extra, a little at a time, if the dough feels too dry. • Keep the dough soft: Avoid adding too much flour. A slightly tacky dough helps create soft, fluffy rolls. • Check the rise: Rising times vary depending on room temperature. The rolls should look puffy and almost touch before baking. • Don't overbake: Start checking around 22 minutes. The rolls should be lightly golden and cooked through. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ⏱️ Chapters 00:00 Intro 🤎 00:29 Making the Dough 02:10 Biscoff Cinnamon Filling 03:09 Cream Cheese Frosting 04:00 Rolling Out the Dough 04:52 Filling & Shaping the Rolls 06:58 Adding Heavy Cream 07:27 Baking the Rolls 07:37 Frosting & Decorating 08:45 Final Look 🤎 ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🔗 Full written recipe + macros now available on Osta Recipes 🍯 ➡ 🍪 Shop My Baking Faves: 👉 https://amzn.to/3Q6Vkb1 (Affiliate links • This means I may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you.
