Let me show you how I made this delicious shepherds pie! A British classic family dinner which everyone makes slightly differently :) I don’t know two people who make this the same way! Swap out the lamb mince for beef mince…or even a meat free substitute like Quorn if you prefer. Everything I used will be listed below. -Cheryl x _______________________________________________________________________ What I used (Serves 5-6) 2lb (1kg) Dry or ‘floury’ potatoes - I used Maris Piper potatoes 50ml (1.7 oz) Milk or cream 50g (1.7 oz) Butter 50g (1.7 oz) Grated cheddar cheese 2 Tablespoons fresh chopped parsley 1/2 teaspoon salt & pepper 1 Tablespoon vegetable oil - for frying 1 Medium onion - finely diced 1 Large carrot - finely diced 460g (16 oz) Minced lamb (use beef if your prefer) 1/2 teaspoon salt & pepper 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1/2 Tablespoon tomato puree 500ml (17.5 oz) Lamb, beef, or vegetable stock 1 tablespoon cornflour & 1 teaspoon cold water (to thicken) A large handful of grated cheese for topping - I used Cheddar & mozzarella. ___________________________________________________________________ CONTACT ME HERE- Instagram: whatsfortea3   / whatsfortea3   Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?...
