Welcome to CHATORI MOTO 🌶️🍴 Ingredients List: White / Brown Bread Slices Boiled & Mashed Potatoes (Aloo) Curd / Dahi Oil & Butter Mustard Seeds (Rai) Curry Leaves (Kadi Patta) Green Chillies & Ginger Spices (Salt, Turmeric, Red Chili Powder, Amchur) Fresh Coriander Green Chutney & Tomato Ketchup Instructions: Prepare the Stuffing: Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chillies, turmeric, salt, and spices. Add boiled mashed potatoes and mix well with fresh coriander. Shape the Bread: Take bread slices and cut them into round shapes using a bowl or cutter. Assemble Bread Idli: Apply green chutney on one bread round, place a thin potato patty, cover with another bread round, and spread curd evenly on top.
