Learning to say Z | Day 1

I'm deaf to consonants, and Z is the one I'm working on now. My speech therapist gave me these exercises, all in Portuguese: syllables, word pairs, and seven sentences full of S and Z. Somewhere along the way I realised it's not only about hearing. It's in my jaw too, so I've just started seeing a chiropractor. Same exercises, same camera, every week. Let's see what changes.
