Lord, Heal What Hurts: A Gentle Prayer for Healing of Body, Mind & Heart

If you're hurting today, in your body, your mind or your heart, you're not alone. This gentle spoken morning prayer brings every hurt to Jesus: the pain that's easy to see and the pain carried quietly, deep inside. We ask Him plainly to heal us, the way a child asks a father, for strength where we are weak, rest where we are tired and peace where there is fear. We trust Him with His timing, whether healing comes quickly or one small step at a time, lift up everyone who is hurting, and thank Him for every small mercy along the way. Let it play as your day begins, breathe slowly, and pray along. Your body, your mind and your heart are in His hands, and His hands are gentle and strong. Our goal is simple: save one soul at a time.
