Lord, Quiet My Racing Thoughts: A Prayer for When You Can't Stop Overthinking

When your mind won't slow down, bring every thought to Jesus. This gentle spoken prayer is for the nights you keep replaying conversations, the mornings that start with "what ifs," and the moments you can't stop going over the same questions. We lay down what we can't control, stop carrying tomorrow before it comes, and fix our minds on the One who keeps us in perfect peace. Let it play when your thoughts are racing, breathe slowly, and pray along. Our goal is simple: save one soul at a time.
