FRIED DUCK SUBSCRIBER REQUESTED RECIPE WITH HOT HONEY

Welcome to Daddy Duck 365 — Your Home for All Things Duck Hunting. A subscriber, Scott Schultz, asked about fried duck, so today on Daddy Duck Kitchen we're giving it a try. We're taking duck breast, marinating it in a sour cream mixture, coating it in seasoned flour, and frying it until golden brown. Then we're finishing it with a drizzle of hot honey and serving it alongside a sweet potato and Southern-style cornbread. While the sweet potatoes are cooking, we'll also take a look back at some highlights from last year's duck season. From the blind to the table, this is one of the best fried duck recipes I've made.
